Before Purchase:

In Cairo and Alexandria you can return any item immediately after fitting to the in-house courier delivering your order.

After Purchase:

- Return is allowed within a period of 14 days after receipt of order.

- The product MUST be unused with the hangtag attached.

- Please call customer service to arrange courier return or exchange. 

- Please fill the return form.

- Once the product is inspected your cash will be returned.
